I have been in Girl Scouts for a decade. I can’t remember why I joined Girl Scouts but in the long run, it was a good decision. I have enjoyed going on trips such as camping, horse back riding, and trips to Portland and San Diego. I also love it when cookie season comes around because I like interacting with people, setting goals for how much I want to sell and pushing to reach those goals. I love working with my fellow Girl Scouts on badges and learning new things from and with them.
Since we have been a troop for so long we have been able to bond and create great lasting friendships, and with this, we have shared goals for awards, travel, and things we want to do. For example, we all want to travel to new places and help our community. We have been wanting to earn our Gold Award since the very beginning and we are so excited to finally get to work on it.
